4. Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within an hour of delivery with supporting real time photos if applicable.


5. Refunds & Replacements

  • Perishable food items are generally non-returnable
  • Refunds or replacements are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
